Great job by service team. Not happy Jeff decided to charge 3% on my cc transaction. May look for another GMC service center because of this. Wyler in Ohio doesn’t do this. Management needs to stop being so f-ing greedy. Your prices are already high. It’s the cost of doing business. Have Jeff Wyler call me about this and I can convince him he is soooo wrong doing this.
Also. I have told your inside sales team to stop calling me to try to buy back my truck. 3 times I have told them this. I have called managers and said stop calling. Still happening. Again as I told the last manager, if they call me or my wife again, I am driving to the Florence location ( where I purchased and service) and beating the shit out of the GM. Perhaps you can keep him from going to the hospital and me going to jail.

As a single woman, one of my biggest concerns when it comes to car repairs is being taken advantage of because I don't have extensive automotive knowledge.
Two days ago, I came into the service department feeling extremely anxious after multiple warning lights suddenly appeared on my dashboard. My mind immediately went to worst-case scenarios and expensive repairs.
Scott Berry was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I spoke with him, he remained calm, patient, and reassuring. Rather than matching my anxiety, he helped me feel at ease and took the time to explain what was happening in a way that I could understand. He listened to my concerns, treated me with respect, and worked to find the actual problem instead of assuming the worst.
As it turned out, the issue was simply a battery that needed to be replaced. I am incredibly grateful for Scott's honesty, professionalism, and kindness. He could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but instead he focused on helping me find the right solution. That level of integrity is hard to find and deeply appreciated.
Thank you, Scott, for turning a very stressful situation into a positive experience. You earned my trust, and I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about their customers.
